I have been investing with Rob, Shaun and the Scope team for over 20 years now and was, and am still involved, in the first syndicate they put together. I was sold on investing in Stirling Street the minute the team talked me through the vision they had for it, warehouse development, and it has been a great investment providing both cash positive monthly returns as well as capital appreciation. This led to me increasing my holding by buying units midway through the trust’s term, facilitated by the Scope team from a willing seller.
